About: East Control just launched their MVP app Pockestra which simulates practicing with orchestra for solo musicians. They were getting a lot of feedback from their users and their team were having a difficult time deciding what their next steps should be across the different team departments. They invited me to their office in Daegu to analyze their user testing data, teach the team leads about the latest UX best practices, and advise them on how to proceed to the next steps. I spent 4 days with the team where I ran mini workshop exercises with the teams as I identified some areas they need to work on improving.
