About: Critical Mass (CM), a global interactive agency, hired me to interface with Citibank’s executives and teams. My objective was to unite Citi’s product teams, who were all working on similar products independently. The goal was to unify their technology products under a single umbrella as part of their “Global Mobile Natives” initiative. I coordinated and rans workshops for Citi stakeholders and synthesize results, producing conceptual vision maps and product flows.
